Noble Poker review
Noble Poker is another iPoker network member. It is a medium size poker room, which, together with the rest of the network it’s hosted on recovered marvelously from the effects of the 2006 UIGEA. Needless to day, Noble poker does not currently accept US players. Its player base is pretty solid despite that fact though. Last year, Noble Poker absorbed Fair Poker further strengthening its player base.
The games on Noble Poker are relatively loose and juicy.
There are plenty of Casino players and TAG fish at this room’s tables, so there’s good value in the deal they offer. The only problem is that – on account of a new iPoker network policy – they may be forced to block access to successful players at one point in the future, but that is one major drawback which plagues all iPoker rooms currently.
Noble Poker’s software is the good old iPoker software which is slowly but surely being marked by age. The interface is still nice though and the lobby is extremely easy to navigate. The table graphics with its repetitive 3D-like avatars are not exactly top notch though and the sounds it features are kind of annoying too. Thank God there’s an option to turn them off. Gameplay is pretty slow too, perpetually hindered by the overly generous countdown timer – a glitch which obstructive players never miss to exploit to its full potential.
The software has some nice unique features too, like the graphical hand history: a great learning tool for rookies and advanced players alike.
